Funding & Eligibility
- Enabling Upgrade Loans of up to $20,550 will be available to Approved Vendors to fund minor repairs and upgrades necessary to prepare homes participating in Illinois Solar for All’s Residential Solar (Small) subprogram for solar installation, including systems with storage. Eligible upgrades may include roof assessments and recommended repairs, electric panel upgrades, meter and riser upgrades, and permit costs.
