Background: Illinois Finance Authority (IFA), in its capacity as the Illinois Climate Bank (ICB), invites project proposals under Illinois’ award for the Illinois Climate Pollution Reduction Grant (CPRG) Community Geothermal Planning and Pilots Phase One Planning Grants (Program). With this NOFO, IFA/ICB invites eligible entities interested in applying for funding under this program to file their application proposals in compliance with the terms of this NOFO and in alignment with the Community Geothermal Planning and Pilots Plan published on November 4, 2025.
