The CEJA Primes Accelerator Loan Program provides working capital financing for contractor participants in the CEJA Clean Energy Primes Contractor Accelerator Program. Contractor participants that join the 18-month program will join an Accelerator Cohort and have the option to pursue low-interest funding through the Loan Program. Funding will be used to help contractors grow their businesses and implement the strategies developed over the course of the program. Financing can be used for upfront project costs and pre-development funding, which includes payroll, marketing, advertising, supplies, inventory, training expenses, and the purchase of equipment and vehicles.

The CEJA Primes Accelerator Loan Program is open to contractors that have successfully completed the CEJA Clean Energy Primes Contractor Accelerator Program. The DCEO-offered Program is intended to promote contracting opportunities in the clean energy field by providing mentorship, technical assistance, bid support, financial assistance, and other resources to selected contractors.
