- Residential customers often need help navigating solar incentive programs and the practical decisions about their home necessary to install a solar system. Residential Solar Outreach Grants, funded by congressionally approved and lawfully awarded funds from U.S. EPA’s Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund Solar For All program, will fund trusted community messengers to help residents understand their options and decide if solar is right for them.
