Illinois Finance Authority (IFA), in its capacity as the Illinois Climate Bank (ICB), is pleased to release a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for Round 3 of the 40101(d) Grid Resilience Grant Program. This grant program is designed to strengthen and modernize Illinois’ power grid and to provide a reliable power infrastructure to all communities, especially disadvantaged communities in Central and Southern Illinois.
Round 3 funding is available to support the implementation of monitoring and control hardware and software to reduce the number of outages, outage restoration time, and the number of customers experiencing outages. Energy suppliers, distributors, and/or operators are encouraged to apply.

- Available Funding: $1 million
- Award Range: $150,000 – $200,000 per award
